Process

 
 

Phase 1

Submit a Pre-Enrollment form for your scholar. Schedule an informational interview with the Executive Director to ensure S.T.I.C.E. is a good fit for your family. (Meetings are online on scheduled dates or as scheduled upon request.)

Phase 2

Complete and submit your program application online. A non-refundable application fee of $10 must be on record for each child in order to be fully processed. The Office of Admissions will hold all applications that are in progress for 40 days. Upon your application expiration date, students may re-apply with an additional application fee.

Discounts are available for families with multiple scholars. Please call our Office of Admissions for inquiries.

Phase 3

A tour will be conducted at the end of the interview. Schedule an appointment for your scholar to take their entrance exam. (Exemptions are accepted for scholars transitioning from public school and can provide the results of a current state exam. Please contact the office of admissions for out of state policies.) Exams are not required, but recommended.

Phase 4

Scholar determination will be informed to each family. A final interview will be conducted to complete the Admission process. Phases 1-3 must be completed before determination is reached. Allow 2-3 weeks for your determination status to be informed. Newly registered families must pay a $50 annual registration fee and returning families must pay a $25 annual registration fee.
